I woke up to an alarm sounding on my freezer yesterday and looked online to find help. A1 Professional Appliance called me back very quickly and arrived at my home within a couple of hours. They quickly identified the problem and took a conservative approach. Hopefully it will work but they set my expectations as to what would need to happen next if the next step needed to be taken. I threw in a couple other small things that I wanted upgraded/changed and they were happy to help me with them. I was happy to pay the service fee and find out the one service fee included multiple return visits if necessary. I will definitely be calling them the next time!!

Kameron was able to help troubleshoot a power issue over the phone and get my refrigerator up and running. Asked if he could troubleshoot the water dispenser and found the problem very quickly. I was happy to hear that he could make a same day visit as the major brand service provider would take a week. Kameron is an outstanding repair man, I will call on him again and would recommend him to others.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. First time they came to repair my washing machine - we thought it was leaking. The technician identified the issue , it was actually the dryer, and told me how to fix it - it was an easy fix. We paid for the service call, but didn't have to pay for the repair. The second time they came to service the washing machine again. The technician Bryan Sr. identified the issue right away, ordered the part that same afternoon, and was back in 3 days to do the repair, a few days before expected. Throughout the whole process he was upfront and clear about the repair. He was wearing a mask that was falling off his face a bit, so I asked him to please pull it up while he was in the house. He actually changed his mask for another one that fit better (although it fogged his glasses more). Professional, reliable, and honest. I highly recommend them!

Used A-1 when my washer broke down, reallly liked the repairman Max, knowledgeable explained everything and called A-1 this time for my fridge. They ordered the part and repaired it today. Thanks Max for getting the job done. This is my go to repair company.

Max was great, he worked with us to keep the price down and still keep factory parts in the dishwasher. Most companies would insist on replacing the entire motor, but we determined it only needed an impeller and seals. Dishwasher runs great and just in time for the holidays

We were able to make an appointment quickly and received exceptional service from Max. He needed to go purchase a part, as things were not quite as expected. But, he didn't increase his original estimate. After connecting the new gas line for the dryer, he took the time to use an expensive gas sniffer to verify his work and ensure our safety. The price was reasonable, the appointment was quick and the service was excellent. We will definitely be using A1 again and referring them to others.
